Tegeta Academy assists businesses in improving their services, promoting employee professional development, contributing to workforce development, and sharing new knowledge and worldwide best practices.

"Tegeta Academy" is the first private college that, in collaboration with "Tegeta Retail," trains certified workers in the field of car maintenance using the work-based training approach. Within the USAID five-year program "Employers for Vocational Education," the Academy has devised a training/retraining program for heavy equipment operators for 2022. The project intends to collaborate with the private sector, develop human capital, and provide job possibilities, which will reduce unemployment and help enterprises become more competitive.
